SCEA Applicants

My interviewer hasn't replied and it's been 5 days now...I can't get any apps done, my hw piles up, my grades are slipping, I can't study for the SAT...I'm a nervous wreck. I can't even look forward to turkey this weekend.

I hear ya. I have a 10 page paper to write this week as well as a 300 page book to read. Just for English. Oh yeah, I have 3 more essay intensive apps to complete too :(

that stinks. i had to start on an antibiotic today and my sleeping-disease is making a comeback. im def relapsing into that again, in addition my tonsils were all swollen for a week and my lungs hurt. haha. its pretty funny. sorta. when i got a fever my mommy made me go back to the doc to get the antibiotic for preventative broncitis treatment. my doc was like AH, why didnt you come in earlier! how did you let it come to this. and when im on the antibiotics i cant eat yogurt!! ah thats the worst part!!!
but at least i have no homework over break. id still rather be in my position than in yours. sorry. lol

HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYBODY!
I hope you all enjoy your vacations and your family and your food. If you have siblings coming home from college I hope you have a great time being with them for the first time in a while.
Enjoy sleeping in!!!

i second that! only three weeks more......

Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Have a good turkey day.

P.S. (I'm west coast, so its not 2 in the morning for all of you on the banks of the "pond")

Happy thanksgiving to all! :) I can't believe that at this time next year, we'll be coming home from college...whoa.

P.S. (I'm east coast, so it is 2 in the morning, but I'm staying up to put the turkey in the oven!)

20 Days. Ahhhhhhh

so soon? hmmmm WHERE IS NOVEMBER WHEN YOU NEED HER? ahhhhh

But the days get SLOWER and SLOWER as it gets closer and closer to Dec 15. Its like each day is the derivative of the previous day (if that even makes sense)

hahahahah, spoken like a true ivy league applicant

haha not for me, especially with all of the other projects and homework I have to do. November has gone by too quickly!

But I like your derivative analogy! :)

November is CREEPING by. December 15th cannot come fast enough for me!

I concur, Newt. The anticipation is terrible. I just want to have some definite decision.

I'm with you on that! Which is why I'm absolutely sure I'll be deferred. ;)

i'm conflicted. i really want dec. 15 to be here, but i don't want any of the due dates around then to be here ever (for instance, 9 other applications i have to do...)

Yep, I agree again. But it's so impossible to think about other applications when the Yale decision is looming right around the corner. I'm having a terrible time trying to make myself fill out the others.

haha me 2, but I've started. I don't think I'll be able to fill out any other ones if I'm rejected. hmmm and exams. AHHHHH!

i really really dont feel like writing so many more essays for the common app suppliments other schools have, so instead, im filling in their applications because they use the same essay promts as the common app... SO WHY DO THEY ASK FOR MORE ESSAYS ON THEIR SUPPLIMENTS!!??? ... its to sucker people like me into using their forms instead of the common app.... gr
