Thx in advance

Rigorous enough. Could you take honors biology instead of regular biology?

Certainly is… And if you’re going to be an engineer/physicist, so be it with your math sequence.

The one thing I like about your schedule over all the other mass AP folks is MVC if you plan to major in such as mentioned above, if you’ve planned past these 4 years. I’m like Oh my gosh. This guy actually is going to take MVC before me (okay, and you know how college goes where often you can’t land the class you want! This is what I mean, and you’ll supposedly be ahead and not have to worry about it later, btw I recommend Diff Eq instead)

If you can get good grades with that schedule, its definitely rigorous enough. What do you want to study in college?

Seems good, make sure you can fit some EC’s into that, as well as some SAT prep!

Otherwise, good luck!

Unfortunately our school doesn’t hav hon bio :(

@paintallthestuff

Pre Med is what I’m hoping for

I’m assuming you are still a freshman or something, but help me out, what grade are you in?

Why no AP Physics in 11th grade? Even if they say Physics is a pre-req, just sign up for the course. You seem to be better prepared than most students [at least, you will be].

I’m also teaching myself Precalc over the summer. How do you plan on doing it OP?

@swiftyfan13x:

Are you a fan of ChimneySwift11?

You know Pre-Med is not a real major…right?

How do you go from Intermediate Algebra to Precalc to Calculus BC

If I’m not mistaken the sequence is

Algebra 1
Geometry
Algebra 2/Trig
Precalculus
Calculus AB
Calculus BC

There’s no way you can take Calc BC Sophomore year.

If “Int Algebra” means Algebra II/Trig and you take Precalc in the Summer, you have Calc AB Sophomore year and Calc BC Junior year.

I’m not a math genius but what I’m doing is

Freshman: Geometry
Summer: Algebra II/Trig
Sophomore: Precalc
Summer: Calc @ local CC
Junior: Calc BC
Senior or summer after: Calc II @ local CC for college credit

(lol math is important to me as you can tell)
