<p>I want to drop a class that I didn't request (and possibly add in a 1 or 2 credit class).
Should I email the person in charge now (if so, who) or wait til when classes begin?</p>

<p>Email your adviser now. But have a good reason for not wanting that particular class.
My s was able to make changes but it was because he no longer needed a certain class after his AP results came in.</p>
