Schedule for next Year!!!!! Please Help!!!!

Hey so I want to go to an amazing school as in Harvard, Princeton, Brown, Yale, Tufts, Wellsely, Georgetown, St. Andrews, Stanford, Berkeley or Davis as my safety. I want to know which option of my schedules would look better and still be sane. I'm good at all of my subjects but love the humanities. I generally hate the sciences due to the awful teachers I have had. I do a ton of community service and extra curriculars. I want to be a politician. I have taken classes at my local junior college and plan on taking more this summer. I have gotten only 1 B and that was in AP Calculus BC.

Here is my schedule 9-11:

9th
Geometry over the summer
Physical Education
Biology 1-2
Algebra 3/4 w/Trig
French 3-4
English 1-2
Choir
Health/Introduction to MUN

10th:
Ballet at the junior college
Pilates at the junior college
Honors Chemistry
Precalculus
French 5-6
Accelerated English 3-4
Choir

AP European History

11th:
Governments of CA and the US at the junior college
Ethics and Society at the junior college
AP Calculus BC
French 7-8
Honors English 5-6
Choir
MUN
AP US History

12th grade options:
For both options I'm planning on taking Art History, Philosophy of Religion, Comparative Politics, Intro to Cultural Anthro, Macroeconomics, Intro to Sociology, and Logic at the junior college probably during the summer while I'm hopefully interning.
1)
AP Statistics
AP French 9-10
AP English 7-8
Choir
MUN
AP Gov/AP Econ
Honors Physics

2)
Could do Stats during the summer at the junior college
AP Biology
AP French 9-10
AP English 7-8
Choir
MUN
AP Gov/AP Econ
Honors Physics

Any other options you could think of?
Thanks!

Please!!!!!

Choice #2 because you won't have time to do all of those summer courses and intern.

Oh I forgot to mention the junior college courses that I am trying to take are online except for Stats.
