Schedule of Classes

Now that add/drop has begun, what are some classes people are trying to get into?

although these links have been mentioned before on this site, here is an update for those that don't know:

schedulizer : has info of most classes - new format looks like course roster, but advance search is the old search. be careful of sections in another lectures --> schedulizer.com

Median Grade report : has info of every semester for awhile now. no p/f classes nor classes less than 10 ppl. cross-listed classes are at the bottom. I recommend using find to search for specific classes. You can also do a search for A+/A- classes (but not A) --> http://registrar.sas.cornell.edu/Student/mediangradesA.html

Rate my professors : has info about many (not complete) professors from students. obviously sampling bias (usually I LOVE or HATE this professor/class) so take opinion with a grain of salt. cross-referencing with median grades can be a good indicator, but classes with multiple professors teaching will not be able to differentiate (i.e. PAM 210) --> http://ratemyprofessors.com/SelectTeacher.jsp?sid=298

these may help you with FWS, but again, professors may have changed or FWS have multiple teachers, but in general, you can search for a FWS that gave out over half of the class A+ :) good luck with add/drop

p.s. for those people who keep asking about ability to take classes outside of college, my schedule this semester includes classes in four (4) different colleges: engineering, hotel, a&s, and he. was in a cals course too (comm 201) but dropped it.
