If you can wake up in time for the early classes and you satisfy your requirements that looks pretty ideal. You'll be done early on fridays (always a bonus) and you shoudl have time for lunch every day. I'm a bit confused though, are you scheduling a full year in advance?

nah, just messing around here and there.

What I'm asking is, do you actually have the ability to request the classes you're talking about? Because class times/professors change between years very often, and classes fill up. It's good to look ahead to see what classes you need to take, but it's pretty pointless to actually schedule it down to times this far in advance. If you could get one that looked like that it would be good though.

yeah...I know stuff changes, I just wanted to see what I would want it to look like.

Ok, then like I said, it looks good. You MAY want to consider knocking out another elective though, if your university has core requirements. 14 credits is on the lighter side of things, and I know you have that summer session but that schedule doesn't look insanely hard in the first place and you can get even further ahead of the game if you take one more elective. If you have some sort of art requirement that would be a good year to take it.

Pick a different chem lab. If people miss their scheduled lab time, they are often given a chance to attend another section later in the week to make up the lab. This makes friday labs overcrowded with people not even in that lab. (Systems may vary)

636

Like he said, that isn't true everywhere. I had a friday lab and was fine. At my school they have a couple weeks at the end of the year to make up labs, as opposed to dropping you into another classes lab.

gaps are bad.. you should bunch ur classes together more

as long as you think you can actually make it to the 8:00 classes without skipping to sleep in.

8ams are a little iffy, but if you do take them try not to take any on mondays. It's much harder to get a good nights sleep sunday night after you were asleep till noon on sunday. You've got it set up right right now, but things will change and it's just one more thing to take into consideration.

My first class starts at 8:30 everyday for the last two terms, and I only skipped around 5 classes for the entire year. It's doable. Just tell your floormates to shut the hell up if you need some sleep (although in a more polite tone). Most people will understand and they'll either close the door, turn down the music, or talk softer (sometimes a few minutes later).
