<p>I didn’t get into my first choice which is Business and got into my I think third or second choice International Affairs and at first I was really disappointed. But then I realized that the scholars program does offer a lot of opportunities that would be to my advantage such as priority classes for your year, study aboard and so on. I also had to remember that just because I was placed into this program does not mean I HAVE to major in something doing with international affairs. I am still going to strive for a business major since I got admitted into the Fisher School of Business. And I feel like from my essays (about cultural diversity and leadership) that the Scholars Officers were thoughtful and right or considerate in placing me into this program. But of course it depends on each individual situation. I hope you all the best of luck!! If there are any other international affair scholars pm me!!!
