Helloss!
I'm a rising senior who's still deciding on which college to apply:/
Even though I attend US high school, my visa state makes me an international student.. therefore I am not qualified to apply FAFSA.
Not being able to apply for FAFSA may not be a big problem if my parents had jobs or something(and if had some money saved), but my mom's visa makes it illegal for her to get a job, and my dad's is back in my home country.. doing what he can but not being able to earn above $18000 a year. yay big money probs here and there
So I cant apply for FAFSA and because im not a US citizen, im supposed to pay out of state tuitions.

I heard there are several colleges that give out money to international schools, and im aiming for getting scholarships from college.
I got 2050(SAT) and 29(ACT) //planning to take once more(act and sat). My GPA is 3.95/4, and class rank is 19/295.

Is there any college that has kinda good biology(genetics) program and would offer me full scholarship (or even half the tuition scholarship)? I really have no idea.....

Thanks in advance. :)
