Scholarship/Honors College Consideration?

Thinking about applying RD...would I still be eligible for Scholarship/Honors college consideration?
Here's a look at a brief overview of my stats...not the greatest but certainly decent...I'm also a white male from a Connecticut public school...
1310/1960 (750 math, 560 verbal, 650 writing)
30 ACT (24 english, 31 math, 28 reading, 36 science) - wouldn't submit
~89.6 (out of 100) UW GPA
~92.3 (out of 100) W GPA
Class Rank ~ 18 % (51/278) (as of 11th grade but closer to 15% (around 40th) now with many of my peers getting senioritis)
Grade have shown an interesting upwards trend since freshman year...
9th grade ~86 UW, ~88 W
10th grade ~88 UW, ~91 W
11th grade ~91 UW, ~96 W
12th grade ~97 UW, ~100.4 W (Quarter 1 grades- maintained if not increased when Quarter 2 grades come out, pending the Midyear exam..)
6 AP/UCONN Classes (Biology, Physics, Calculus, Statistics, Discrete Math, Spanish V - so mostly math and science oriented)
-Extracurriculars: Peer leadership program (hold a major position), varsity soccer, varsity track, baseball, community service, etc.

u should know by now right? are u a finalist for natl scholars or anything?

crazyazn- Do you think an SAT score of 1360/1600 could keep me from being accepted into the Honors College? I have 4.0 unweighted, 10 AP's at graduation, and lots of EC's with leadership.

For honors they recommend being in the top 5% of your class so idk... and you havent applied yet? If you applied in december you would have found out jan 15

I submitted my application December 15th but it wasn't confirmed until January 7th...don't know why. Also, my school had a hard time with online recs, couldn't seem to get them to work so that was finally resolved last week. My rank is in the 2-3% range. I guess I'll just have to be patient.
