Scholarship questions

I received my scholarship from Miami University. In the body of the letter it states:

“Please note, your final package may contain one or more scholarships that will be combined for an annual total amount of at least…”

Does this mean that they could potentially increase the scholarship? Anyone from past years seen this?

yes, i received an additional 3k per year from another scholarship fund from the university. its not merit, but it falls under some other category relating to my background/personal life
