Scholarship Section and Honors Application

I am about to submit my ApplyTexas application so that I can apply for Honors before the Recommended deadline, but do I need to complete the Scholarship Section now with the rest of the ApplyTexas app, or could I do that at a later time?

You can submit the Admission Application now and then submit Honors and Scholarship Apps separately later.
