It looks like ISU has some automatic scholarships that they award. And then is also appears that once you accept there are additional scholarships that you can apply to via a scholarship portal. Is this correct? So if a student has been admitted (still waiting, actually) and is undecided on ISU there is no additional scholarship application to complete and no additional scholarships they are eligible for until they accept. No, you don’t need to accept to apply for scholarships via OneApp.

its not allowing to login to one app - its circling back to the page where you need to accept the offer. anybody facing the same issue?
S24 had that issue too. But I think he added OneApp to his portal and was able to access scholarship applications. He has not accepted yet.
