<p>Just an update to all the great people that have helped in this thread. My daughter did not get accepted to UIUC. They obviously care a great deal about test scores and a 23 on the ACT won’t cut it for them. Every single one of her friends got in so now we are dealing with a lot of sadness. Now we just fill out the FAFSA in January and wait for packages to see what we can afford. Hopefully Iowa State or Missouri will come through as some of our other choices still sound like they will be too expensive for us.
Thank you to all of you. I wish I could have gotten her to give Truman State a try.</p>
