<p>Indiana State? She would qualify for in state tuition with that GPA (there was a recruiter at my D’s high school who told me this - the minimum requirement is a 3.0). That is a MSEP benefit. Also Ball State in Indiana grants in-state tuition for a 3.0. There’s a little college in Nebraska - Chadron State that is ranked on US News and costs about $12,000 to attend (all in, including room and board). She should cop some scholarship.
