are there any scholarships based solely on SAT1 scores?

Some of these do. Most are little known colleges, however. Some offer scholarships for relatively SAT I scores as low as combined V, m 1000:

Bump bummmmmmp

When my first son applied to college, Case Western had different scholarship levels based on SAT score. However, we found out, after applying that not everyone with that score received a scholarship. They had a limited number to give out apparently. (I'm not sure how they decided who got them.)

I have heard of other colleges that do the same. And some that use a combination of SAT and GPA.

Some of the guaranteed-scholarships info is out of date, UIowa 129 index $$ amount for international and OOS for example.

UMiami has a table of the the class rank/SAT1 that provides scholarships, but it's at the schools discretion if an applicant receives one.

If you live in the state of Missouri and score in top 3% statewide on the SAT, then you WILL get a renewable $2000 scholarship to attend any college/university in the state of Missouri. It's called Bright Flight and it's practically guranteed.
