<p>The NMF scholarship includes the Presidential. There’s really not a choice to be made - he should take the NMF scholarship.</p>
<p>Since he’s NMF, he will get that scholarship assuming he submits the required paperwork. Considering that the NMF scholarship is the Presidential scholarship with many thousand dollars more in complementary extras (housing, iPad, stipend, etc.), it’s really important that one submits all the required NMF paperwork.</p>
