<p>I go to a top 20 school [turned down 3 schools ranked higher], and I have to say, the rankings when i was a senior in high school were all the rave. the thing is, once you are in college, you don't really care. nobody cares. I never even think about the fact that i'm at a good school unless somebody brings it up. It's not like you can compare your school with another school anyway. You have better things to do than worry about your ranking. Yes it's nice to be excited about it when it comes out. But after that, you just continue on with your partying, homework, smoking, video games, chilling, raging, clubs, studying, going to sporting events, and whatnot</p>
<p>it truly doesn't matter. if i went to my state university i'd be doing the same thing as i do here</p>
<p>Work Hard, play hard..don't get too concerned about what happens/ed with admissions and go wherever you want to.</p>
