<p>Plebes, now that classes have begun today, are permitted to purchase items of necessity, such as above. </p>
<p>However, they are NOT permitted to buy luxury items, such as candy.
Really, that employee is grossly misinformed, as we all know ... chocolate is a NECESSITY!</p>
