Aside from Williams (which doesn't fit, to be honest), I am planning to apply to many other universities, but the question is do they fit my nature?

I hold a penchant for philosophy and politics, especially the former. I am not the "nerdy scenes" at all, but I expect to see people from high levels of intellectuality that who don't lack the tendency to partake in the university's society and engage with other students. I also expect to see people of "the elite class".

Tippy top US colleges with large endowments are egalitarian in philosophy, and they seek to admit kids from modest backgrounds with stellar accomplishments much more than “the elite class.” From your post, I’m not sure whether you’re looking to socialize with other well-educated rich kids or whether you want to be intellectually challenged. (It’s “intellect,” not “intellectuality.”)
