I also know that Wright State in Ohio gives out full rides (tuition, room & board, books) for Nat'l Merit Finalists, and last year Ohio State gave full in-state tuition and (I think) $4500 toward room and board for National Merit. So, there are definitely places that will give you plenty of merit aid with your stats, but maybe not the very top schools that you are interested in.

With your stats, you should be an attractive merit aid candidate at many schools. In general, the higher percentile you fall into of their admitted student population, the higher your odds are of a decent award.

One strategy you will want to employ is sending out some extra applications. While you can predict your admissions chances at many schools, predicting how much merit aid they will offer is more difficult. Quite a few schools have at least a few full ride packages available for students they really covet - if you find a school or two that you like that has such a scholarship, you may want to lavish a little extra attention on them to be sure you are on their short list.
