On the other hand, huge firms like the Big 4 like to get high-achieving kids from big state U’s because they know that those kids know how to deliver results in a big impersonal bureaucratic system among a mass of people.
Both LACs and giant U’s can provide opportunities and challenges, but some of them are different ones.
