Science & Tech requirement in Wharton

quick question:

do mathematics courses count toward the wharton science & tech requirement? so if i place out of math 104 and want to take math 114, can i count math 114 as a science & tech class or would it be a non-business elective?

thanks :)

You can use it as a sci and tech course if you want

@legendofmax: are you sure? I found this paragraph regarding what departments work for the requirement and Mathematics doesn’t seem to be listed…

Departments and/or schools that typically offer Science & Technology courses are
At least 2 courses Biological Basis of Behavior, Biochemistry, Biology, Biophysics, Chemistry, Cognitive Science, Earth and Environmental Studies, Logic, Information and Computation, Mathematics, Physics and Astronomy, Psychology, Engineering, and Nursing.

uhh, re-read your list? it’s fifth to last…

lol…whoops. I’m ■■■■■■■■ :)

you’re not the only one. I must’ve missed it too since I read the list at least 3 times before I posted and could never find mathematics on it.

Wow, thats convenient. I never really considered math “science” though (at least not physical science, I don’t see why other types would be labelled together with tech). Always thought it was more of on its own.
