Edit: Typo in the title. It should say "SAS."

Hi everyone,

I'd really like to go to UPenn next year, but because I'm a junior transfer, this is my last chance to apply to UPenn. Thus, I want to do whatever I can to increase my chances of getting in. First, here are my stats:

College GPA: 4.0 over 3 semesters/45 credits at a top-50 university
High School GPA: 3.5
SAT: 750M/700V/680W

I also have glowing recommendations and decent, not great, ECs. Also, I'm currently a business major.

Even though I am majoring in business, I am not considering Wharton because it is just too competitive. If I apply there, I won't be attending UPenn. At least that's how I see it. (Also, I haven't completed the pre-reqs.)

Do you guys think I have decent chances at SAS? If I can get in, I'd gladly go there; I don't know whether that will happen.

The LPS program at UPenn seems like it would be much easier to get into -- a bit of a backdoor into UPenn. Does anyone here attend or know a lot about LPS? I've taken some time off from my education and will be 21 when I enroll, so I seem like a good candidate.

Thanks.
