Second baccalaureate international transfer chances

Hi all,

First time posting and wondering what the chances look like for a successful transfer. I have citizenship in the US and in Poland.

Graduted with a BFA in Film from FSU with around a 3.7
I decided to go for another undergrad once I returned to Poland.

Enrolled in the Gdansk University of Technology, which is quite a prestigious institution here in Poland, not the easiest to get into. The programs here are matriculated, we don’t get to pick which courses we will be taking.

Studying Informatics here but had some problems in the first year. Failed three courses which caused me to have to repeat the first semester, and not allowing me to move forward until they were retaken. However, I took some courses under an ISP(individual study plan) that allowed me to continue to the second semester, it was not a full courseload however. For my third semester I’m repeating the three failed courses as well as taking a few more from the third semster.

I’ve passed calc, linear algebra, digital circuits, and a few others. Not sure what my GPA would look like under the American system as the failed courses are currently under automatic renewal. From the other courses I could probably assume around a 3.0 if not lower. I orginially was a tennis player, and played briefly on the pro circuit until I was 18, so although I had a rough start academically speaking I do work hard at my subjects and it seems that this year I’ve really gotten into the groove of understanding the topics much more so than when I started.

I also currently work for a voice recognition company here helping program their front end application and linking it with the engine.

Chances?
