<p>Probably not both. Why are you thinking of sending an evaluation from a secondary school official? At first I thought that we were supposed to, but I just found out that the form to use for secondary school reports is the “Secondary School Final Report” which does not provide a space for an evaluation, and most schools (like Harvard) actually don’t require anything from the secondary school at all besides a transcript.</p>
