I took 3 SATs. Since Cornell requires all scores to be sent, I will send those 3 official scores in through collegeboard. However, on the Common App, I will only have my highest score reported. Is that okay? Will Cornell admission officers see this as a bad thing? I am doing this because the other Ivies I’m applying to allow score choice. Therefore, I don’t want to self-report all of my scores on the common application.
You can report all 3 on the Common Application and submit to Cornell and then change it if you want. Otherwise, its not really a problem because common app specifically asks you to only put the highest scores in.
@IlluminatiIsReal That’s the response I’ve been getting but I’m still confused on how that can be done. Is it pretty self-explanatory? After I submit the app for Cornell, I can go back and change the self-reported test scores for other schools?
Yes you can change anything and everything in your common app after submitting one application - I have changed my information myself after submitting several applications. Don’t worry - it does work.
