So apparently, my school does not offer any sort of AP Calc courses therefore leaving me to have to learn Calc myself. Can anybody give me some really good material to use to help me master Calc BC by May? Thanks!!

Art of Problem Solving’s “Calculus” textbook gives a nice, solid foundation of calculus, up to the BC level. It’s not really intended for review or test prep, but if you learn it well you won’t need a whole lot of additional preparation.

Stewart Calculus is what I used and is a pretty comprehensive textbook. It covers AB, BC, and beyond BC.

Hey I self-studied BC and got a 5 in the May test. I would recommend Peterson’s textbook because it really warms you up and attracts you to the test preparation. And it also equips you with some tips on using the calculator!

Hello everyone. I too am trying to self -study calc BC for the Ap Exam this may. Just to clarify; has everyone here taken calc AB or not?

I took Calculus BC and I highly recommend Stewart’s textbook
