Self teaching for Physics C?

I'm enrolled in a high school AP Physics class. The teacher is just going to prepare us for the B exam.

But I heard doing well on B is a waste of time in terms of future use compared to C. Many top tier colleges don't even look at B. So, should I self study for C? Any specific book recommendations?
I'm also concurrently taking AP Calc so I already know derivatives and integrals.

Oh god good luck AP Physics C is the hardest of the science APs…Princeton Review is a very easy version and Barrons is on the harder side. AP Physics C mechanics is like AP Physics B up until rotation (I think? I’ve never taken AP Physics B before this is just what my friends tell me) so if you’re good at the mechanics part you should be fine. I’m currently taking it and I can’t compare it to AP Physics B but it’s definitely the hardest class I’ve ever taken. Good luck!
