Semi-dumb question regarding business undergrad

It seems that most people choose a business undergrad degree because it offers better employment chances.

But does an undergrad business degree teach one how to actually run a business, not just be a member in one?

As in, if I was interested in running a business, would a double major in business management help me significantly?

Basically wondering if undergrad business includes entrepreneurship. (on the whole. I realize there are specific entrepreneurship majors, but I'm talking about general business education.)

General business does touch upon entrepreneurship along with marketing, finance, accounting, and everything else a business school typically offers (You usually choose to concentrate in 2 of these). So u could concentrate in management and do just fine. However, I think an entrepreneurship or management degree is more of what you’re looking for.
