How long does it take for High Schools to receive SAT scores? I took mine October 6th and the scores were online October 25th. I finally got them in the mail today. If I selected my high school on College Board when I registered, how long would it take for my high school to get these scores?! (Please tell me before today)

Well since no one is answering that, I have another question. Is there anyway to send SAT scores to colleges without paying the $9.50 fee at collegeboard?

Not anymore. You could have sent them for free before you saw them, but now it's too late.

(There is only one caveat - a few colleges will accept scores listed on your official high school transcript. Those colleges, however, are few and far between, and you have to check the colleges' requirements carefully to see if you're applying to any of them.)

Well my guidance counselor kept telling me to bring in my SAT scores from the mail so that she could put them onto my transcript, but I totally forgot about them because it took forever for me to get them in the mail. She said today she was going to go mail in my stuff. Maybe she forgot. Hopefully my scores were sent to my high school so they are already on my transcript.

I had no idea what colleges I wanted to go to when I filled out my SAT form so only 1/4 got sent those scores. I may have to end up paying in the end. Based on what my counselor says tomorrow
