<p>That’s great news. I hope they don’t backload it with a bunch of pork and they get it done. It’s greatly overdue and will help put more money in play for buying goods which will improve the economy. Better economy equals more jobs equals more money. </p>
<p>I don’t mean to be picky but it’s not the current rate. It looks like they will get the the rate from last year 2013-2014 which is better than the kids who took out loans for this school year 2014-2105.</p>
<p>I’ll wait to see if this actually helps students. I’ve grown way too cynical these past few years, it’s sad really.</p>
<p>NPR this morning said the Republicans in the Senate are planning on stretching out the debate on the campaign finance amendment for weeks so that there is no time to vote on the Dem’s student loan bill before the election.</p>
<p>Perfect. One more reason to turn the millenial vote out for Democrats. </p>
