send SAT scores to one UC or all?

so... i can't figure out if i have to send it to all. my counselor told my friend that a UC won't forward your SAT scores to other schools if they think the other schools would reject you and a lot of people say you just need to send your scores to one school. then there are people telling me to send it to ALL schools. i'm confused and the UC website doesn't specifically say. does anyone know the answer and can provide proof? thanks!

“Be sure to have your SAT/ACT scores sent to one CSU and to one UC campus. They will share the scores with all other campuses you apply to within the CSU and/or UC system. Ms. Price is available this week for last minute questions or a quick review of your application.”

from our high school email bulletins

As the UCs state on the main UC site : “You can have your official score report sent to one UC campus, and all campuses you apply to will receive it,” and “If you report your scores to one campus, they will be shared with every campus to which you’ve applied.” [University of California - The examination requirement](http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/freshman/requirements/examination-requirement/index.html)
