Sending ACT Score

<p>Is there anyway to verify that your score was sent out?</p>

<p>My ACT Info. was put in backwards (Lastname Firstname)</p>

<p>When I chose to send out the scores, I filled the form out with the correct order (Firstname Lastname)</p>

<p>However, I believe they should figure it out since I put my social security number down.</p>

<p>How can I verify that they sent it out? It says nothing about it when I sign into my ACT login.</p>

<p>Sign into ACT
Click “Manage Your Profile”
Click “View Order History”</p>

<p>If your score report order isn’t listed, then they’re probably not sent yet, but you can call the ACT score report number, (319) 337-1313, just to make sure.</p>

<p>It has not sent out, and their number is always busy…I don’t know what to do.</p>

<p>No no, only your original score report requests (from when you registered) are in your order history. Your subsequent ones requested using the form are never there.</p>

<p>Your reports were sent out if your credit card was charged. Yes, they should have been able to figure it out from your SSN if it’s on their records (you also gave it when you registered), but it would take an extra day or two.</p>
