Sending ACT scores to UC's

I sent my ACT score to UC--Santa Barbara. I also applied to UCLA and UCSD and I understand that although I only sent it to one campus, all campuses should receive it. However, UCLA is my number one choice...will they think I prefer Santa Barbara because I chose to send my ACT scores to SB? Should I send my test scores to the other two campuses just in case?

no, no need.

Haha, why did you send it to UCSB in the first place? Seriously, absolutely no need.

What do you mean why did I send it to UCSB? So UCLA won’t think that UCSB is my first choice since I chose to send the scores to them?

I sent ACT/SAT scores to UCI. I was admitted by all UCs. It does not matter who you sent the score to.

It doesn’t matter. As long as one campus receives them, they all get it. They don’t care what your first choice is.

Ok, thanks! And I am an out of state applicant from MA. I hear it is easier to gain admission now if you are out of state? My UC gpa (10th/11th grade) should be a 4.0 and my ACT is a 32. I did not submit AP’s. Does UCLA just look at stats or do they actually care about EC’s and the essays? I have great EC’s, research experience, but not much community service (a little bit). Can you tell me what my chances are? And do they consider 9th grade grades? I visited campus, which normally helps at most schools but I feel like UCLA is big enough so they don’t care if you visit or not

and xxCollegesxx, which UC did you choose and why?

bumpp…can anyone refer to my second to last post?

If you have good AP scores, 4 or 5, you should send them. As for 4.0 UC GPA, I am not sure, It is what it is.
