Sending my scores to colleges?!

So I sent in a few applications including BC for the presidential scholarship and I need to submit my official ACT/SAT scores. My counselor told me to put in all of my scores form both tests into the Common App so I did (2 SAT scores and 1 ACT score) but I don’t know if that is what most people do or not. I would rather not spend the money to send all of those scores so should I just send one test (I would send my ACT)?

Composite: 32
Math: 30
English: 30
Reading: 33
Science: 33
Writing: 7

SAT
Composite: 1350 (1st), 1360 (2nd)
Math: 700, 650
English: 650, 710
Writing: 17, 15

Unless it’s one of very, very few schools requiring all tests, which would be indicated on their admission page, I’d only send the ACT, which is stronger.
