<p>Transfer students cannot submit school forms online. But written signature is required, so can I ask prof.s to fill this form and sign on it and then copy it? Or should I make multiple copies and ask prof.s to sign on every one?</p>

<p>If a school official needs to submit the same form on paper to multiple colleges, copies of the form can be made after the form is completed. The official does not need to complete the form separately for each college.</p>
