Can I send my SAT subject test score without sending SAT 1 score? Will I choose no to send my score in my common app if I want to send my SAT subject test score?

Yes. Whether the college cares about the subject test scores is a separate question.

If the college allows self reporting on the Common App, save money and self report. There is no advantage gained by sending a score report in this instance.

If the school is test-optional, yes you can. This is not universal for the current admissions cycle.
