Hi,

I took the ACT+Writing in March of my junior year. At the time of registration, I chose UNC CH as one of my colleges that received my scores. I applied early to UNC this fall and upon checking my MyCarolina account, it says that UNC has not received any test scores from me.
What could be the problem? The ACT site clearly states that I chose to send a Score Report to UNC CH back in March. The only thing that I can think of is that the email address that I used to apply to UNC did not exist when I took the ACT in March. I don't remember if the ACT registration required an email address.

Best place for answers to these type questions and to see if others are experiencing the same problem is:

[UNC Admissions Blog](http://unc-admissions.blogspot.com/)

Or send an email to:

unchelp@admissions.unc.edu

The same thing happened to me, so I just paid to have them sent from the ACT folks. So, I don’t have a good answer for you, but are not alone.

I sent them my SAT scores in October, and MyCarolina doesn’t say I have any to-dos, but it doesn’t have scores listed under “my test scores.” Do you think they are just not uploaded on there? I emailed them a few days ago…

texaskate,
The UNC admissions blog recommends that you contact them when in doubt. The blog gives out this information to contact them: “unchelp@admissions.unc.edu
or give us a call at (919) 966-3621.”
If I were you, I’d go ahead and contact, you have nothing to lose and otherwise you are kind of left up in the air.
I sent my ACT scores in a while ago, and it did take about two weeks to show up so don’t panic. Best of luck.

Thanks! I’d emailed unchelp asking about the problem a while back, and yesterday they fixed my scores! So it’s all good now. Thanks so much!
