Can you send just your ACT score and SAT subject test scores and not the SAT 1 score to Carnegie Mellon and Cornell?

The web site is less clear for Cornell. From a post by @drusba in Nov 2014:

A couple years ago, I asked Cornell if it’s stated policy on tests means it wants all scores, including both all SAT and all subject tests even if you submit ACT, and the answer I was given was yes… As far as actual impact, Cornell claims it uses to determine admission that test with the believed higher score if you submit both SAT and ACT.

S/he is the real expert on what’s required for testing at different schools. I don’t know of anyone else who has called around to check on the different school’s requirements.
