Sending the SAT scores?!

<p>Ok, how do I know if colleges received my scores? First of all, I don't get that part when the colleges say "during the registration, choose to send the SAT scores directly to us. Our code is xxxx."</p>

<p>During the registration, I didn't find the option to type in those four-digit codes. I only used the free score option to send four reports for free. The CollegeBoard states that they were sent but I didn't get any e-mail confirmation from those colleges. Help, please?</p>

<p>Btw. I took the October SAT, not the one in November.</p>
