Sending Transcripts to UCLA

I attended four cc's and i sent in transcripts for each school on may 4th. They received 3 of the transcripts but they haven't received the other one. The deadline is june 1st. I've only taken one class from the school, which i received a W, so this is really ticking me off. Can I request an emergency transcript and hand deliver it myself? What will happen if they don't receive it by the deadline?

I called today and asked and the admissions rep said it wouldn’t matter and it would be fine

thanks. btw does anyone who attends los angeles valley college know if i can receive my transcript on the spot (the day i request it) or can they only mail it to UCLA?

i just checked the los angeles valley college website and they have rush and instant options available. When they say instant, do they mean that i can receive my transcript on the spot or not? I would call and ask but their office is closed until tuesday :(

They’ll give it to you the spot, just ask for rush. I believe it’s 10 bucks. 7 if you haven’t used up all your “allowances” for transcript orders.

what should i do if they have not received one of my transcripts yet? should i reorder my transcript to be sent again today ?! thanks !

they didn’t get one of my transcripts, which I ordered 3 weeks ago.

i ordered mine about 2 1/2 weeks ago. just wondering did you reorder your transcript?

I ordered mine on the 2nd, the college shipped it out on the 19th. I called Friday and was told that just because it hasn’t been processed and updated on MyUCLA doesn’t mean they don’t have it; it’s probably in their mailroom.

She told me that if it’s in their mailroom you’re good, even if it hasn’t been processed yet.

I live in Glendale btw, so it takes a few days (2-3) at most to get to UCLA. I’m assuming you all got the receipt from your respective colleges informing you when they sent your transcripts?

so i just called the cc where i ordered the transcript from and the lady told me that they mailed it on the 16th and that it usually takes 2-3 days to ship. how do you know whether or not your transcript has arrived in the mail room or not? and should i reorder my transcript again now since the due date is tomorrow :(. thanks !!

@thesillybilly
as long as they received the transcripts, you are fine. it takes time to process the information at ucla.

Mine took almost a month before I could see the check mark at myucla. about two weeks after I requested my transcripts, I called both my college and ucla offices. My college sent the transcripts early, but ucla told me they received them and were processing them.

if my transcripts are late can i still register for orientation? i plan on registering for the july 18th one, the 4th of 8 sessions but i dont think they will make it on time. 2 of my transcripts might make it on time but another one probably wont. do these orientations fill up fast?

Is it possible to bring the transcripts with you to orientation?

I dropped mine off in person today
