<p>I was thinking of Bowdoin also--although I'd say it is probably more of a reach, perhaps a low reach, than a match--but Bowdoin is not in what I would call a rural location. Brunswick is a decent-sized town, very pretty, with a nice town center. Suburban might be more like it. </p>

<p>I was also thinking of Swarthmore, although we're talking reachier than Bowdoin. It would seem to suit your interests, and is right outside Philly.</p>

<p>i have done a little research, but i am sure i don't know enough to spout off a dozen schools for someone who shares their stats!</p>

<p>and how does one put together a list of reach/match/safety schools?</p>
