Hi everyone!

I am a international student studying in a high school in the U.S

I am just wondering how much a light senior schedule will ACTUALLY impact on a student's college application. I have a relatively light senior course load, but, for a reason.(I need to fullfill some graduation requirements) Here is my senior schedule:
English:expository writing(1st semester)/literature and film(2nd semester)
Social studies:american government(1st semester)/economy and foreign policy(2nd semester)
Science: honors chemistry(full year); biology(full year)
Electives:P.E male health(1st semester);psychology(2nd semester)
Religion:peace and justice(1st semester)/atheism and faith(2nd semester)

Since I transferred to my school as a junior, I will need to take at least one semester of P.E(which I am taking in the first semester of 12th grade)to meet the graduation requirement. Also one year of biology is required for graduation(Indeed my school offers AP Biology but this will be super hard for a international student like me, because this course requires a lot of pre-knowledge on biology that I did not learn back in my country). I wanted to take AP Chemistry but I could not take this course without taking chemistry/honors chemistry, which are prerequisite courses for AP Chem, according to school policy.

My question is:will colleges consider understand my light senior course load, given these reasons?I mean my senior course choices are kind limited because of my special circumstances(a transfer international student)and I really hope that college admission board take these factors into consideration.
