Senior Year Scheduling with Medical Programs in mind

Thanks for taking the time to help me! I'm a rising junior aiming for medical programs and my top choice is the TCNJ/NJMS 7 year Med Program. I am first in my class of about 400 at a decent public school. I haven't taken SATs yet, but I'm scoring around 2200. (around 1500 M+CR). I recently took the Physics SAT and am expecting a 780+. Will be taking Math level II at the end of the year, and US History and Chem next year.

First off, my freshman year schedule was a bunch of pre-requisite classes
Notes:
-all classes are honors unless otherwise noted ( gym of course isnt honors lol)
-We work on a semester schedule so 4 classes half year, 4 classes the next half
-AP US History and AP Bio are split for them having too much info to cram into one semester
-We have to take Calc AB before BC

Sophomore: Algebra II, Precalculus, Chemistry, Physics, Chinese II, English, AP US History 1, Gym
Junior: AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC, AP Physics, AP Chemistry, AP US History 2, AP Statistics, English, Gym.

Now, my big question is about my senior schedule:
Summer before Senior Year, I'm going to take Multivariable Calc at a local college, and summer after senior year, I'm going to take Differential Equations.

Senior Year
AP Computer Science (have to take as a "Math" class)
AP Bio 1
AP Bio 2
AP Macroeconomics
AP English Language & Composition
Public Speaking (Grad. Requirement)

And for my last class, I am debating on whether I should take Chinese III or Anatomy & Physiology. Or should I drop AP Macro and take these 2. I wanted to take Macro because it seems interesting and economics is something that is going to affect us for our whole lives. I wanted to take Anatomy and Physiology since it seems interesting and most relevant to the schools I will be applying to. My chinese teacher is extremely unorganized and a horrible teacher, which is why I'm reluctant to take it. But I've heard that you should take at least 3 years of a foreign language. Which would be best for Medical Programs?

I hope you guys can help me solve this conundrum! Thanks so much!!
