Seniors Class of 2006 acceptances

courtneyc, Check out the Penn State Thread, I got accepted there and will probably attend.

Of course it's accredited. It's regionally accredited and a College Board member, just like all other good and real universities and colleges. I was starting to get worried about colleges when each one I visited turned out to not feel right to me, then I visited NAU and everything was perfect for me, so that's why Northern Arizona.

Yeah, lots of good money incentives for me, plus I loved the campus like no other school I had visited before (or after) and they have an awesome Enviro. Sci. Policy program :]

Got into Columbia College Chicago, it was my top choice, so that's where I'll be next year

I was accepted at Simmons last week and Hamline yesterday. My two safeties, I'm still waiting for my other schools to mail their decisions.

I got into St. Andrews University in Scotland. I'm very excited! It's my first choice, but I might be applying to other schools in the states just in case I decide going halfway across the world isn't for me.

University of Cincinnati :)

Found out that I got into St. Louis University today.

Well, I got into both of my safety schools. Now on to the big leagues...

Krishtappen, Just wanted to let you know that the valedictorian from our local high school is a freshman at NAU this year. She chose NAU over several privates and UC schools (Including, believe it or not, UCLA) because she loved the smaller university feel and the Flagstaff location. Lots of people reacted with surprise, but she is very, very happy with her choice, and is finding her coursework (right now she's a math and business major) challenging. She's also having lots of fun as well.

carolyn, someone (hazmat) suggested awhile back that I PM you for advice with transfer admissions. I noticed your screenname is blocked for PMing though -would you mind PMing me so I can ask for quick advice (in 1-2 messages)? Being able to discourse with a professional would mean a lot to me.
