Tulane.. yay!

I applied to 5 schools, and one school I am thinking about

1st acceptance: Rutgers University-NB
2nd acceptance: University of Wisconsin-Madison (1st choice school, its feels great to be a Badger :)~!

The other schools I applied to and got no word yet: UMich, UIll, Case Western Reserve, and I am not sure if I should apply to U of C (i really don't want to go there for undergrad, but its one of the application i feel that i must finish)! Wohoooo, so does anyone know where there going yet

Congratulations to everyone who's been accepted so far! I got into Rutgers today, and while it isn't my first choice school, it still feels FANTASTIC to know I'll have somewhere to go next fall. :)

Ampersand, why Rutgers when you live in Texas? I didn't know ppl for Texas where considering Rutgers, everyone here bad mouths it when its actually a fantastic school to go to.

penn state university park

I applied to 18 schools, and have heard from one thus far.

I got into DePauw, though I was a little worried when the envelope was razor thin.

University of Oregon (I like their International Business and Entrepreneurship programs)

It is the only school I have applied to so far. I intend to send off applications to Purdue, Indiana, Pittsburgh, Connecticut and NYU (reach school) in the next two weeks. (I was waiting for my new November SAT test scores to arrive).

Swamifez,
For starters, I'm not a native Texan, and I feel like the state doesn't "suit" me (to conservative and the weather's bad). From the beginning of the college search process, I considered schools mostly on the east coast, with UT as a safety (top 10% rule!) if my other choices didn't pan out. But when I visited UT it didn't feel right, and my father's company decided to move a lot of employees to NJ next year. Rutgers is just more appealing to me now, especially since I won't have any family left here.

has anyone heard from uconn yet? (my sisters top choice)
