Sent email to wrong people??

<p>So I was talking to a friend the other day but she said that I wrote my issue to the wrong people. She forgot who to send it to but it wasn't the right email.
I've written my issue a couple of time so it's embarrassing to write it again but here it is: I accidently did not add a class from a previous semester and another class from this Fall.
I emailed <a href="mailto:docs@applyucsupport.net">docs@applyucsupport.net</a> and they said that they had entered the change in the system. But I made a topic here and was informed that the change would not be viewable from my computer and only viewable to the UCs.
Now my friend is telling me that wasn't the right address and I am confused. I'd like to get this whole thing fixed. Can someone give me a clear answer on this?
