<p>I sent my SAT scores to UChicago late accidentally on January 12th. It says on collegeboard they were actually sent on January 14th. However, I checked the application status on UChicago, and it says that they still haven't received them. I know the SAT scores are sent electronically, so it doesn't make sense to me that UChicago still hasn't got them....</p>
<p>Should I wait a bit longer or contact UChicago to confirm they received them? If so who should I contact?</p>

<p>You incorrectly assume electronic delivery results in instantaneous delivery that is immediately recognized. The score order needs to processed by CB and the score sent, it needs to be received and then it needs to be matched by UChicago clerks, along with hundreds to thousands of others received about the same time, with your file and all that can take a week to two weeks. Also, for UChicago you are not at all late. It takes Jan test scores and as long it get scores by late Feb/early March you are fine.</p>
