Umm I put pleasantly interested because the dude stated he was merely ‘curious.’ I’m too scared to browse the rest of these discussion boards D: I havent made it to the second page and I’m discovering that I’m missing a massive amount in like every section >-> Gaah darn it and this is my last time taking it :[

^everything will be okay. You have the SAT’s left. Dominate those.

@amylilygrl I put pleasantly interested, too. Overwhelmed with love is way too extreme for this passage. His interest in the girl is new.

Are you guys being sarcastic when you say you put “overwhelmed with love”? I thought that was one of the easier questions. First of all, it specifically says “He decides that it is her very familiarity that makes him curious about her”. Second of all, “overwhelmed with love” is a very extreme choice. I think if he was overwhelmed with love, it would have been MUCH more obvious when we read the passage. The answer is “pleasantly interested”.

^u are right. What do you guys think -4 will be for reading?

^ Probably, a 33. Though now that I read the rest of the passage, I can see where “overwhelmed with love” is coming from. But there was a specific line reference for this question and not the passage in general, wasn’t there?

^that’s what someone said before but i couldn’t find the explicit evidence.

I think it was how did he feel about her right after the dinner. If so, then it would be pleasantly interested.

How did Moshunini(?) about playing jingle bells and why didn’t she want to play it? I remember putting she was irritated

and for the other question, I put she’d rather play a song she liked.

Thanks >-> But I’m taking SAT II’s so I can’t take the SAT :[

^I understand that but even in the beginning was he not overwhelmed with love? I mean he took the taxi so he could enjoy the dinner that occurred in solitude.

The irritated option was correct.

Right on both counts.

Yes, but how can you be so sure of this from his feelings right after the dinner? But still, I see where you’re coming from. My gosh, this Reading section was crap.

What was the last question of the first passage? something about the symbolism in her playing

^I understand your approach. You are right. Pleased interest is better.

I simply don’t remember that question! Does anyone remember any choices from that?

lol whew… i put overhwlming love then changed it back to pleased interest… the love one seemed to critical of an answer lol

Does anyone remember any “symbolism” question? Now I’m kind of scared I missed something… Or was this just the “Moushumi was irritated” question?

Uhh if it helps I put down A, which mentioned her being irritated

^ Ok yeah, than it was irritated.
