I was waiting for my Dec ACT scores and I got bored, so I started checking my actstudent profile. Apparently when you send your SAT (I'm assuming) and ACT scores, in the report the respective agencies also forward your coursework and the grades in those courses with the SAT/ACT scores.

I didn't know they did that until about 10 mins ago, so when I was filling out those details when I registered my account in those two websites months ago, I roughly translated my course names and marks into the American system. (Eg in CBSE we only have one subject "Maths". We don't have individual courses like AlgebraII or precalc etc)

How should I properly fill out my coursework and grades etc.
also, I've already paid ~$130 in sending my SAT scores to 11 universities and I've sent my Sept ACT scores to 6(with the free reports).
Should I contact these universities and explain the situation or is there a way I can just change the details on collegeboard and actstudent and it will automatically update my information with the universities?
